Telecommunications company United Group said Monday that it has completed the sale of passive mobile network infrastructure in Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia (TowerCo). The buyer is TAWAL, a subsidiary of STC Group and an ICT infrastructure company in the Middle East and North Africa region.
