Telecommunications company United Group said Monday that it has completed the sale of passive mobile network infrastructure in Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia (TowerCo). The buyer is TAWAL, a subsidiary of STC Group and an ICT infrastructure company in the Middle East and North Africa region.

The transaction was completed on August 24 under the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and subject to regulatory approvals.
