site.btaPostbank Completes Acquisition of BNP Paribas Personal Finance

Postbank, the Bulgarian subsidiary of Eurobank Group, has completed the acquisition of BNP Paribas Personal Finance, said the bank on Thursday. BNP Paribas Personal Finance operates a network of 44 branches across Bulgaria and has more than 270,000 clients.

As from June 1 2023 the operation of BNP Paribas Personal Finance will be taken over by Postbank and it will continue its presence on the Bulgarian market under the brand name PB Personal Finance by Postbank.

As a result of the transaction Postbank will acquire a portfolio of over 950 million leva in consumer loans.
