site.btaBulgaria and Poland to Continue to Cooperate in Higher Education and Science

The Council of Ministers approved Thursday a draft programme for cooperation between the education ministries of Bulgaria and Poland in the field of science and higher education for the period 2023-2027, which provides for annual reciprocal scholarships for students for a partial period of study of one semester, for participation in summer language courses and short-term specializations.

The countries will also exchange lecturers and teachers in Bulgarian and Polish. The development of direct cooperation between institutions from both countries in the field of research, innovation and joint research projects will be encouraged.

The programme is implemented on the basis of an agreement between the governments of Bulgaria and Poland on cultural and scientific cooperation, signed in Warsaw on February 25 1993.
