The Council of Ministers approved Thursday a draft programme for cooperation between the education ministries of Bulgaria and Poland in the field of science and higher education for the period 2023-2027, which provides for annual reciprocal scholarships for students for a partial period of study of one semester, for participation in summer language courses and short-term specialisations.
