Morality, Unity, Honour (MECh) leader Radostin Vasilev told reporters in Parliament on Thursday that the lack of quorum, which thwarted Parliament's sitting for a second day in a row, is the result of GERB-UDF, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms - New Beginning, There Is Such a People, and BSP - United Left's failure, since they constitute the ruling majority. Vasilev stated that the opposition is in Parliament "to prevent these people from doing whatever they please".
The leader of MECh was adamant that the opposition should not have to register, since it is not their duty to form a quorum for the ruling majority. He described the majority as unstable and pathetic, since they are unable to have a quorum on their own.
Vasilev called on the government to resign, as the opposition is "only beginning to discuss in the plenary hall their corruption and their schemes that never end".
