Cloudy, with cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds forming around and after midday. Many areas will see brief rain showers, which will be heavy and abundant in the areas near the Central Balkan Range and the Rhodope Mountains, where thunderstorms are also possible. Light easterly wind in Eastern Bulgaria. Highs: 23C to 25C in Northeastern Bulgaria, up to 31C in Southwestern Bulgarian, 25C in Sofia.

Black Sea coast: Cloudy and rainy along the northern Black Sea coast. In the southern coastal areas, there will be variable cloud cover and, in some places, mainly around and after midday, rain showers. Light easterly wind. Highs: 24C to 26C. Seawater temperature: 24C to 25C. Sea waves: 2 to 3 degrees Douglas.

Mountains: Mostly cloudy. Rain showers in the central parts of the Balkan Mountains and in the Rhodopes. Thunderstorms may develop. Light, predominantly northwesterly wind, moderate west-southwesterly wind in Rila and Pirin. Highs: 20C at 1,200 metres, 13C at 2,000 metres.
