site.btaOver 200 Riders Take Part in 12th Pamporovo Bike Fest

More than 200 riders will take part in the 12th Pamporovo Bike Fest, which opened here on July 17, the organizers said.

The competitors will race across eight categories, with this year's highlights including the Bulgarian National Downhill Championships, Round 2 of the Maxxis BG Downhill Series, and Round 3 of the Kids Downhill Series.

The first day is dedicated to practice, Saturday will feature qualifying runs, while Sunday's finals will begin at 11 AM for the kids races and 3:30 PM for the elite categories.

The National Downhill Championships awards UCI ranking points ahead of the European Downhill Championships, which Bulgaria will host on Vitosha Mountain from August 14–16.
