site.btaPM Zhelyazkov Leads Delegation to Pope Leo XIV Inauguration Mass
Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov will lead a Bulgarian government delegation to the Vatican for a mass on May 18, 2025 inaugurating the pontificate of Pope Leo XIV, the cabinet press service said Friday.
After the mass Pope Leo XIV will greet the heads of the attending delegations. The Bulgarian delegation also includes Deputy Prime Ministers Atanas Zafirov and Grozdan Karadjov, the press service added.
