"The rearming of the Bulgarian Air Force with F-16 Block 70 aircraft will facilitate Avionams to implement new technologies for the maintenance of the jets entirely on Bulgarian territory," Bulgarian Defence Minister Atanas Zapryanov said here on Monday.
