Bulgaria and Romania will hold the Regional Special Forces Component Command on a rotating basis, the Bulgarian Defence Ministry said in a press release here on Wednesday. The command’s establishment is part of NATO's adaptation processes to the changing security environment in the Black Sea region and is an expression of a shared common understanding of the need for enhanced cooperation, the ministry said.
