Polling day has begun in Turkiye in the Sunday elections for a new Bulgarian Parliament. At 7am most polling stations were opened for Bulgarian citizens who want to exercise their right to vote.
Some polling stations opened a little late.
In the capital Ankara, three polling stations are open: in the Bulgarian Embassy and in the boroughs of Pursaklar and Sincan. By March 7, 515 Bulgarian citizens had applied to vote in Ankara but those who had not registered in advance can vote as well.
