The 2025 St Kliment Days of Bulgarian Studies, a traditional forum dedicated to the Bulgarian language, literature, and culture in Austria, opened on November 4 at the Institute of Slavic Studies at the University of Vienna, the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Vienna reported on Thursday.

The programme features a series of cultural and literary events throughout November and December, including literary evenings with Bulgarian authors Georgi Gospodinov (November 14, Danube Lounge, Vienna Fair) and Georgi Bardarov (November 17, Haus der Musik, Vienna).

On November 25, the exhibition “Theseus Paradox on Medea&Co #Marsyas_she” by Minna Antova will open at the Bulgarian Cultural Institute and will run until January 7, 2026.

The musical events include a Christmas jazz concert by the Bodurov Trio (November 27, Bulgarian Cultural Institute) and the poetry and music performance “Antarctic Tales” (December 10 at Ehrbar Hall, Vienna, and December 11 at TriBuhne Lehen Theatre, Salzburg).
