Conditions are good for hiking in the mountains on Friday, the Bulgarian Red Cross Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) told BTA.

The weather is sunny, with high temperatures and light to moderate wind in the high parts. MRS advises people to mind the heat and the dangers of the mountain.

It will be sunny in the mountains, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology said. In the afternoon, cumulus clouds will develop over Western and Central Bulgaria, but there will only be isolated showers in some places. Moderate northwesterly winds will blow in the highest parts of the mountains. Highs will be about 31C at 1,200 m, and about 24C at 2000 m.
