The Twelfth Annual Congress of the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA Tourism (BUBSPA) will open at the Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort on Tuesday, the Union announced.

The forum is held under the motto: "Balneology, Prevention Through Nature, and Climate Resilience in the Future of Bulgarian Health Tourism." The Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) is a media partner of the event.

Invited to participate are Dr. Desislav Taskov, Chair of the Tourism Committee in the 51st National Assembly, Tourism Minster Miroslav Borshosh, Health Minister Silvi Kirilov, Labour Minister Borislav Gutsanov; Education Minister Krasimir Valchev, Youth and Sports Minister Ivan Peshev; Sofia Regional Governor Silvia Arnautska; and Lachezar Todorov, CEO of Terra Tour Service – Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort.

The agenda will focus on strategic planning in the field of health tourism” and the healing waters and climate of Bulgaria. 

Later in the day, the General Assembly of BUBSPA will be held.
