Several trains are experiencing delays after a freight train derailed and traffic through Iliyantsi Station was temporarily halted, Bulgarian State Railways (BDZ) told BTA on Monday.
BDZ clarified that the train derailed at 6:10 pm, and traffic was restored by 7:30 pm.
The incident on the railway line affected trains operating on the Sofia-Montana route.
