site.btaAgriculture Minister to Take Part in EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council in Brussels
Agriculture and Food Minister Georgi Tahov will attend the two-day meeting of the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council starting Thursday in Brussels, the Ministry said. One of Bulgaria’s key topics will be the proposed Council Regulation setting the 2026 fishing opportunities in the Mediterranean and Black Seas.
The ministers will also discuss innovation and simplification in the Common Agricultural Policy after 2027. Under "Any Other Business", they will review the state of the EU milk market.
