Maria Barakova will present a new solo exhibition Watercolor Bliss on April 30 at the Lik Gallery in Sofia, which will be open until May 20, the organizers said on Tuesday.

"Maria Barakova cannot be easily categorized or described with a single word - she is a gallerist, painter, photographer, and applied arts practitioner. She works with various techniques and materials, blending them harmoniously and gracefully. The artist uses different means of expression to create art - even coffee," the organizers added.

Maria Barakova, born in 1976, lives and works in Pazardzhik. She graduated from the South-West University Neofit Rilski in Blagoevgrad. She is a curator at the Stanislav Dospevski Art Gallery in Pazardzhik. Barakova has held numerous solo exhibitions and has received awards for her artistic work.
