site.btaGovernment Designates Institutions Represented on National Employment Promotion Council


The Council of Ministers designated the state institutions to appoint their representatives in the National Employment Promotion Council. The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy will have two representatives, while the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Economy and Industry, the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training, the Employment Agency and the Executive Agency General Labour Inspectorate will each have one representative.
The National Council for Employment Promotion was established under the Minister of Labour and Social Policy on a tripartite basis, with an equal number of participants from the State and the social partners. The main function of the Council is to discuss and give opinions on the development and implementation of employment policy.
