The National Electricity Company (NEK) will be able to continue to carry out the reconservation of the equipment supplied for units 1 and 2 of the Belene Nuclear Power Plant under the technical guidance of Russia's Atomstroyexport, the Council of Ministers approved Wednesday as an exception to the regulation introducing restrictive measures due to Russia's actions in Ukraine.
