Chief Commissioner Iliyan Ivanov has headed the regional police directorate in Gabrovo, the regional police directorate said on Tuesday.

Ivanov was born on June 1969. He graduated in engineering from the Gabrovo Technical University and hold a Masters degree in economy from the Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics. He has served with the Interior Ministry since 2000.
