Bulgarian company Stanga, part of the global technology group ONE Technologies, announced the acquisition of a controlling stake in the American company Go Interactive, a technology partner for corporate and startup clients in the US. According to Stanga, the deal is a logical continuation of the common vision of the two companies.
The announcement adds that Stanga consistently invests in acquiring and developing companies that create added value for its customers as part of the publicly traded ONE Technologies. The acquisition of Go Interactive strengthens Stanga's position in the North American market and expands its capabilities in key sectors such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, finance and insurance.
Go Interactive, an American IT company, offers services through the outstaffing model, working with both corporate organizations and startups. The company operates development centers in Ukraine and Poland, has a team of over 150 highly qualified engineers and experts, and generates annual revenues of approximately USD 9.2 million.
