Four or five parties and coalitions have cleared the 4% barrier for entry in the legislature. The parallel count results show that Rumen Radev's Progressive Bulgaria coalition is the clear winner in Bulgaria's snap parliamentary elections on Sunday, with around 45% of the votes, according to polling agencies.
This result will likely give him a majority of over 120 seats in the 240-member Parliament.
Next come GERB-UDF and Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB), which are tied for the second place, Movement for Rights and Freedoms, and maybe Vazrazhdane, which fails to clear 4% barrier according to some parallel count results.
BSP - United Left remains outside the National Assembly.
The results from overseas voting are yet to come and may cause further shifts.

Interim results from Central Election Commission
Shortly after midnight, the Central Election Commission started publishing interim results. With 7.08% of section election commission protocols processed at the regional election commissions, the results were as follows:
Progressive Bulgaria 43.46%
Continue the Change – Democratic Bulgaria 13.97%
GERB–UDF 12.83%
Vazrazhdane 5.10%
Movement for Rights and Freedoms 5.01%
About the elections
The vote is Bulgaria’s seventh snap parliamentary election since 2021. More than 6.5 million citizens were eligible to vote in over 11,000 polling stations across the country and abroad.
A total of 4,786 candidates competed for 240 seats in the National Assembly.
A 4% threshold is required for parliamentary entry.
Voting was conducted mainly by machine, with paper ballots available as a backup.
The process is overseen by the Central Election Commission, with domestic and international observers present. Official results are expected after vote counting is completed.
