Angelina Boneva has been nominated as caretaker Minister of Regional Development and Public Works in the Gurov draft cabinet.

Holds a bachelor's degree from Oxford University, UK, and a master's degree in European Sciences from the University of Graz, Austria, according to information posted on the Council of Ministers website.

From 2022, served as Acting Director General for Strategic Planning and Programmes for Regional Development at the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works. Earlier, was Director for Project Information and Financing at the Fund of Funds and worked on EU-supported programmes and projects at the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy.

On April 4, 2023, was appointed as deputy minister in the caretaker government of Prime Minister Galab Donev.
