The outgoing government Wednesday approved close to EUR 2.1 million in funding for the Supreme Administrative Court in 2026 via the judicial system budget, said the government press office.
The Supreme Judicial Council should ensure the proper functioning of the Supreme Administrative Court in order to prevent delays in the review of cases falling within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as to avoid excessive workload for the judges of that court.
