Croatian President Milanovic Welcomes Bulgarian Counterpart Radev in Zagreb

Croatian President Zoran Milanovic welcomed his Bulgarian counterpart Rumen Radev at Pantovcak, the Presidential Palace in Zagreb, on Monday. Radev is on a two-day official visit to the country.

The two heads of state will hold a tete-a-tete meeting, which will be followed by plenary talks between the official delegations of Bulgaria and Croatia. Later in the day, they will deliver a joint news briefing.

Radev’s visit to Croatia focuses on opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries, with an emphasis on stability and the European perspective for the region, according to the press secretariat of the Bulgarian President.

On May 25, 2023, Milanovic paid an official visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of Radev.
