site.btaPresident Radev Grants Bulgarian Citizenship to Two Nationals of North Macedonia

President Rumen Radev will present Bulgarian identity documents to Lyubcho Georgievsky and Blagoy Shatorov at a ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall at 2 Dondukov Street on Friday, May 19, the President's press office said on Thursday.

Lyubcho Georgievski is the chairman and Blagoy Shatorov is the secretary of the Ivan Mihailov Bulgarian Cultural Centre in Bitola, which was closed by the authorities in the Republic of North Macedonia.

Vice President Iliana Iotova signed the decrees for the acquisition of Bulgarian citizenship on the basis of their Bulgarian origin.
