site.btaSkopje Works on Evacuation of Family of Eight from Sudan

The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of North Macedonia is in constant communication with embassies of countries still operating on Sudanese territory and is working on the evacuation of a family of eight from Sudan.

The Foreign Ministry in Skopje has managed to contact the family and has been assured that its members are all in good health.

It was reported last week that four citizens of North Macedonia had been evacuated from Sudan to Saudi Arabia, they are safe, in good health and will soon be returned to their country, the Foreign Ministry in Skopje said on Monday. It urged citizens of North Macedonia who are still in Sudan to contact the embassies of the Republic of North Macedonia in Cairo, Abu Dhabi or the Foreign Ministry in Skopje.
