The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) has issued yellow and orange health warnings for high temperatures across the country on Tuesday. This is indicated in the map of hazardous weather conditions published on the NIMH website.
Tuesday will be sunny and hot, with maximum temperatures expected to range from 36C to 41C across much of the country. In Sofia, temperatures are expected to reach around 36C to 37C.
