site.btaBulgarian Becomes Latvian Beach Soccer Champion, Goal Scorer

Bulgarian Filip Filipov became the champion and goal scorer in beach football of Latvia. The event was held in the Latvian seaside resort of Jurmala and 8 local teams took part in it. They all played 7 matches each against each other.

In the semi-finals the team of Filipov BSC Riga won with 4:0, with all four shots scored by the Bulgarian beach football scorer. The final match was a spectacular show for the spectators of the Baltic resort, where Filipov again scored four goals for the 6:1 victory.

The Bulgarian national beach soccer player Filip Filipov defeated the competition and became Latvia's top scorer and beach soccer champion.

He was personally awarded by the President of the Latvian Football Federation Vadims Lashenko. Filipov is also the current Champions League goal scorer in beach football.
