Two Bulgarians, locals of the Bolhrad region died in July at the front. The news was reported on the website of the Bolhrad district military administration.

Vyacheslav Kazakov, 32 years old, a native of the Podgornoye village, Tarutinskaya municipality, died on July 19 near Avdeyevka, Donetsk region, while performing a combat task. He was buried on July 25 in his native village.

"A year ago Vyacheslav Kazakov was mobilized by conscription, he fought in the Donetsk region. For excellent performance of military tasks he was awarded two decorations. He was presented for the award of the Order of Yaroslav the Wise. Unfortunately, he was not able to receive it during his lifetime. He died heroically. This is a loss for the family and for the Bulgarian community of Tarutin," said Olga Kichedzhi, deputy chairman of the "Major Petar Gruev" Tarutin Bulgarian Society.

On July 20, Grigoriy Lazarev was killed during a combat assignment in the Donetsk region. He was a soldier of the Marine Corps and was native of Bolhrad, 51 years old.

The Bolhrad Regional Military Administration expresses condolences to the family, relatives and friends on the untimely loss of Bolhrad resident Grigoriy Lazarev.
