Voter turnout stood at 27.27% as of 4:00 pm on election day, Central Election Commission (CEC) Spokesperson Rositsa Mateva said during a briefing. 

Voter turnout as of 4:00 pm was lowest in Sliven (Southeast Bulgaria) – 21.99%, while it was highest in Sofia's 23rd multimember constituency at 34.59%. 

Voter turnout as of 4:00 pm in the last parliamentary elections on October 2, 2022 was 25.58%. 

As of 11 a.m., the voter turnout in Bulgaria stood at 8.97%, Mateva said at a briefing earlier in the day.
