The Council of Ministers Wednesday approved a draft decision for Bulgaria to withdraw from the NATO Integrated Air and Missile Defence Centre of Excellence. The decision comes in the context of this country’s expanded participation in NATO’s adapted structures and the related need for optimization, the Government Information Service reported.

Bilateral defence relations with Greece are cited as an example of harmonious cooperation in regional initiatives and continue to be a priority for Bulgaria, the press release reads.
