President Rumen Radev issued a decree appointing Nikola Nikolov as Bulgarian Ambassador to Armenia on Friday. The decree was gazetted in Friday's issue of the State Gazette.
According to the Constitution, the President appoints the heads of diplomatic missions on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
