Bulgaria Opens Honorary Consulates in Poznan and Liverpool

The Council of Ministers Friday made a decision to open honorary consulates in Poznan, Poland, and Liverpool, United Kingdom. Prof. Rafal Dymczyk will become an honorary consular officer based in Poznan, with a consular district covering the Greater Poland Voivodeship. The consulate in Liverpool will cover the city of Liverpool and will be headed by Peter Schriewersmann, a German national, the Government Information Service reported.

Mireille Martin, a French national, has been appointed honorary consul in Marseille, France, with a consular district covering the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region and its six departments, as well as five departments in the Occitanie region: Aude, Gard, Herault, Lozere, and Pyrenees-Orientales.

Prof. Dr. Fausto Vinueza Rodriguez, an Ecuadorian national, has been relieved of his duties as Honorary Consul in Ecuador at his own request due to health reasons.
