Bulgarian Equestrians Win Four More Medals in Belgrade

Bulgarian equestrians won four medals - three silver and one bronze - in the individual events across various age groups at the Balkan Equestrian Championships (show jumping) in Belgrade, Serbia. The national team also secured four medals in the team competitions.

In the children’s category, silver went to Daria Cholakova and bronze to Alexander Bonev.

In the under-18 division, Marta Kolusheva earned silver, while Draga Todorova and Eliza Cholakova finished in fourth and fifth place, respectively.

In the young riders category, Milko Kochev finished fifth.

In the pony category, eight-year-old Karina Cholakova, who is the youngest participant in the competition, won silver. 

Bulgaria, however, did not reach the finals in either the men’s or women’s senior categories.

A total of seven Bulgarian riders are representing this country at the championships in Belgrade.
