site.btaBulgaria's Kimia Alizadeh Wins Silver at Taekwondo President's Cup in Ethiopia

Bulgaria's Kimia Alizadeh won a silver medal at the Taekwondo President's Cup in Addis Ababa, her first participation in the 62 kg category. Competing were representatives of Tunisia, Cote d'Ivoire, Morocco, Egypt, Nigeria, Mali, as well as several European, North and South American countries.

In the fight for the gold, Alizadeh was leading against Tunisia's Wafa Masghouni but sustained a light leg injury that made her withdraw.

Alizadeh's next tournament will be the President's Cup in Sofia from May 16 to 19.
