The fastest in the qualifying rounds was Ester Ledecka of the Czech Republic, defending champion from PyeongChang 2018 and Beijing 2022, with a time of 1:30.79. Her compatriot Zuzana Maderova finished second with 1:31.48. World silver medalist Miki Tsubaki of Japan recorded the third-best time at 1:32.87.
