American experts offered energy-efficient and ecological solutions for the ecological transformation process of Bobov Dol TPP during a meeting with the plant's Deputy Executive Director Ivelin Dimitrov, the press center of Bobov Dol TPP reported. Dimitrov held a meeting with Asa Hutchinson, lawyer and governor of Arkansas (2015-2023), and with Douglas Mitchell, Vice President of the energy needs analysis and optimization company Curtis Stout and owner of the energy solutions company EMTEL.
The meeting focused on gas-fired cogeneration facilities that can help replace coal with natural gas more quickly. The experts also presented new, even more ecological batteries that can be used to build a farm near Bobov Dol TPP. The new generation of batteries is 100% recyclable, and their design allows them to be stacked on top of each other, which means at least 2 times less area required, the announcement said.
"This meeting is a privilege for us. These are experts who offer cutting-edge technological solutions. We, at Bobov Dol TPP, will be happy to rely on their experience and expertise and build that vision for the future of the plant that will lead to sustainable development for decades to come," commented Ivelin Dimitrov.
Emtel Energy increases the efficiency of renewable energy to provide safe, clean energy for a sustainable future. The American company offers energy storage systems (ELDES). Their technology has been tested in real conditions and is the only non-lithium energy storage that can adequately meet global energy needs, the announcement said.
The Curtis Stout company has over 75 years of experience in the electrical industry, analyzing, planning and optimizing the energy needs of enterprises, the plant's press center added.
