site.btaBulgaria’s Patent Office Signs Memorandum of Understanding with Hungary’s Intellectual Property Office


The Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria (PORB) and the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO) signed a memorandum of understanding, the PORB said in a press release on Wednesday.
Senior executives of the two institutions held talks on Tuesday during a meeting of the Administrative Council of the European Patent Organisation, held in Munich. They discussed ways to deepen further their good cooperation in the field of industrial property, including by sharing information and good practices and implementing joint initiatives.
PORB President Olya Dimitrova and HIPO President Szabolcs Farkas signed the memorandum of understanding, which sets out future joint activities such as awareness raising initiatives, training events and conferences, among other forms of institutional partnership.
