site.btaWizz Air Launches New Direct Flights from Sofia to Rimini, Italy in March 2026

Starting March 31, 2026, Wizz Air launches new direct flights from Sofia to Rimini (Italy), the company's press centre announced on Thursday. Flights on the new route will operate three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, throughout the summer season. 

The press office added that with the new route to Rimini, Wizz Air continues to provide more opportunities for direct and affordable international travel for Bulgarian passengers, stimulating tourist exchange between Bulgaria and Italy.

On Wednesday, the company announced the resumption of direct flights from Sofia to Abu Dhabi.
