Labour and Social Policy Minister Borislav Gutsanov will take part in a discussion on the future of the labour market on Friday, Gutsanov's Ministry’s press office announced. The forum will address possible solutions to the challenges facing the labour market, including the digital transition, the demographic crisis, and the outflow of skilled workers.

Minister Gutsanov will present measures by his Ministry aimed at improving the demographic situation, preparing workers with the knowledge and skills needed by business, retaining and attracting qualified specialists in Bulgaria, and other related initiatives.

The event is organised by the European Liberal Forum and will take place at Vrana Palace. In addition to the discussion, a book — a joint publication of the Liberal Institute for Political Analysis and the European Liberal Forum — will also be presented.
