Dina Temelkova, CEO of Telelink Infra Services, won the 2025 Manager of the Year Award, President Rumen Radev announced at a ceremony held at the Sofia Opera and Ballet here on Monday night. BTA is a media partner of the 18th edition of the awards.

The winner in the Best New Business category was Metrix Digital.
The winner in the Business in the First 20 Million category was Orenda Group.
The winner in the Business Transformation category was Festo Bulgaria.
The winner in the "Team of the Year" category was BTL Industries.
The award for regional development was presented to Ardes Informacionni Tehnologiy.

In his key remarks, Radev said that the way the state budget is prepared, presented, and communicated reflects the attitude of the authorities toward the people who fill the budget. Addressing the participants, he said: "Although the presidential institution is separate from the legislative and executive branches and does not participate in the preparation of the budget, according to the Constitution, the president still represents Bulgaria in international relations, which is the environment in which you operate. I want to apologize to you for the 2026 budget."
