site.btaMuseum of Photography in Kazanlak to Host Exhibition of 12th International Photo Salon Plovdiv

A traveling photo exhibition entitled Selected from the 12th International Photo Salon Plovdiv will be presented at the Museum of Photography in Kazanlak on August 19, the museum team said on Tuesday.

The selection features works by authors from 29 countries, some of which are by Bulgarian photographers, and all participants in the 12th International Photo Salon who attend the opening will receive an album. It will be the first visit of the exhibition outside of Plovdiv, and the photographs will remain in the museum until September 13. 

The event will feature Tsoncho Balkandzhiev, who will present his recently published monograph, reflecting his extensive research and experience.

The 12th International Photo Salon Plovdiv is held under the patronage of the International Federation of Photographic Art, the Hellenic Photographic Society, the National Society of Bulgarian Photographers, with the traditional support of Plovdiv Municipality.
