A nationwide four-hour strike in the air transport sector is scheduled in Italy on October 13, from 12:00 to 16:00 local time, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Friday. The Situation Centre of the Ministry warned that flight cancellations and delays are possible, particularly at the country’s major airports.

The Ministry advises Bulgarian citizens residing or staying temporarily in Italy and planning to travel by air on that day to check the status of their flights in advance on the websites of their respective airlines.
