By decision of the government, a property in Sofia, which is privately owned by the state, becomes public state property and is transferred to the leadership of the Supreme Judicial Council at the request of its representative for the purposes of the activities of the European Delegated Prosecutors in Bulgaria. The property is an administrative building located at 45A Aleksandar Stamboliyski Blvd.
At the same time, since the European Delegated Prosecutors in Bulgaria no longer need the public state property at 134 Georgi S. Rakovski St for their activities, the Supreme Judicial Council is relinquishing control over the property. In accordance with the State Property Act, it will be transferred to the control of the regional governor of Sofia.
