site.btaINSAIT to Launch Joint Programme with Massachusetts Institute of Technology Artificial Intelligence Laboratory

The Institute for Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology (INSAIT) at Sofia University is launching a joint programme with the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. The official start of the partnership will be marked on Wednesday, July 2, at 12:30 p.m. at INSAIT, Sofia Tech Park, Synergy Tower, the Ministry of Education said.

The event will be attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Innovation and Growth Tomislav Donchev, Minister of Education and Science Krasimir Valchev, Rector of Sofia University Prof. Georgi Valchev, Scientific Director and INSAIT founder Prof. Martin Vechev, INSAIT Executive Director Borislav Petrov, and others.

In honor of the occasion, Prof. Armando Solar-Lezama, Director of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at MIT's Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL), will visit Bulgaria.
