Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) - New Beginning leader Delyan Peevski showed reporters on Wednesday a photograph of Continue the Change (CC) Co-Chair Kiril Petkov talking to the current head of the counter-corruption commission, Anton Slavchev. Peevski's act was in response to Petkov who earlier Wednesday told reporters that Peevski and GERB leader Boyko Borissov were working in tandem to "manipulate the rules so as to make sure Anton Slavchev takes the helm" of the commission.
Peevski said: "Look at these two boys sharing a laugh and loving each other."
The leader of MRF - New Beginning said that while there are many photographs of him and Petkov together, there are none of him and Slavchev together. He stated: "These are the backroom deals in the state."
