The Cabinet instructed Ambassador Ivan Naydenov to conduct the negotiations and sign the Programme of Cooperation between the Government of Bulgaria and the Government of Portugal in the fields of language, education, higher education, science, culture, sport, youth and public awareness on behalf of the Bulgarian government.
