BDZ Cargo Ltd Hristiyan Krastev and National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) Director General Stoyan Stoyanov have resigned and Transport and Communications Minister Grozdan Karadzhov has accepted their resignations, the Ministry's press office told BTA here on Friday.
