The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to relieve Brooks Ohlson and Bogomil Balkanski of their positions as honorary (non-permanent) consular officers of Bulgaria in the United States of America, with headquarters in the cities of Sacramento and San Francisco, respectively, and with consular districts covering the territory of Northern California, including Silicon Valley. 

By the same decision, the Council of Ministers appointed Ognian Gavrilov to the post, based in Sacramento and covering the territory of Northern California, including Silicon Valley.
