GERB-UDF MP Delyan Dobrev argued that a right-wing government by GERB, UDF, Democratic Bulgaria (DB) and There Is Such a People (TISP) is a possible option for a way out of the situation, which occurred when GERB freezed the government-forming negotiations with Continue the Change- Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) due to the disclosed records of the CC National Council.

He pointed two options for exiting the crisis. The first one would be a right-wing government with the votes of GERB, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, DB and TISP, which would ensure a "stable majority of 142 MPs, 100% match of priorities and programmes, principled and correct positions on geopolitical issues, capable politicians and experts" who can pull the country out of the crisis, which in Dobrev's words, was created by CC. The second option would be new elections, which, according to him, will make the CC "go into oblivion", but would also mean more months of chaos and uncertainty.

Dobrev stressed that the key to resolving the crisis lies in DB co-leader Hristo Ivanov, whom he called on to take responsibility and exit the coalition with CC. "And one more thing! If, despite everything, some Frankenstein is still formed with the participation of Assen Vassilev and the CC, the blame for this will be as much on GERB as on Hristo Ivanov and the DB", Dobrev concluded.
